Q: What are your hours?

  • Tuesdays: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Wednesdays: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

  • Every Other Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (by appointment)

Appointments & Scheduling

Q: How can I schedule an appointment?
A: You can book online through our “BOOK NOW” appointment button, call us at (313) 881-4000, or visit us in person.

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
A: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

Q: What services do you offer?

Q: Do you offer sedation for nervous patients?
A: Yes! We offer nitrous oxide, oral sedation, and comfort tools like headphones, blankets, and soothing scents.

Insurance & Payments

Q: Do you accept my insurance?
A: We accept most PPO dental plans. Call us to confirm your provider.

Q: I don’t have insurance — what are my options?
A: No problem! We offer flexible payment plans, in-house memberships, and financing through CareCredit® .

New Patients

Q: What can I expect at my first visit?
A: You’ll receive a comprehensive exam, digital X-rays, and a personalized care plan — all in a spa-like setting.

Q: What should I bring with me?
